Todd is the son of carpenter and founder of Zell Builders, Jon Zell. From an early age, Todd spent most weekends and summers working with his father on projects all over New England. Today, Todd is in charge of the day to day operations of Zell Builders and also continues to serve as project manager and also oversees each and every project. Todd’s can do attitude and conscientious approach to client service are the foundation on which Zell Builders has built and maintained a regarded reputation and quality relations with clients, colleagues, and vendors alike.

Kimberly’s knowledge of the construction process and commitment to coordinating the ever-changing needs of each project makes her a vital asset to our organization. Through her excellence in communication and problem solving, she effectivelycoordinates office operations, financial requirements, field personnel, client requests, customer relations and subcontractor’s schedules. She assists with and facilitates solutions for all project managers, superintendents, foremen and field personnel needs.
in the field, has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science in Natural Resources. Aaron recently led his crew to complete a half million dollar hardi-plank siding job in Cambridge, Massachusetts and all carpentry aspects of a ground up project at Tabor Academy for Suffolk Construction. He holds 10 years experience in the building trade. Aaron is our Millwork Lead from estimating to constructing and installing. Aaron is a licensed Construction Supervisor in the State of Massachusetts.
Jess received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology from the University of Connecticut in May 2017. Jess started at Zell Builders in October of 2017 and assists in the day to day coordination of project tasks, communications, and schedules. She brings organization, problem solving, attention to detail, and a youthful perspective to the team. Previous related positions include Site Surveyor for ProGroup Contracting and Assistant Project Manager at GeniPM Inc.
Joel brings to the table "master plasterer" years of experience in the construction industry. He controls production, costs, schedules, and operations for projects as well as coordination with clients, colleagues, subcontractors and vendors in order to complete each project efficiently and thoughtfully. His problem-solving and dedication are highly beneficial skills he brings to the table and to each individual project.
